Our Access Survey is open for 2026/27. The survey is short and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. We really appreciate patients taking the time to complete the survey and providing valuable feedback on our services.
The survey is being completed by all patients across the Regent Health PCN within Westminster.
Results of the survey will be discussed and published later in the year.
