Social Anxiety Webinar 26th November 2025

Tired of letting your anxiety win?

Does the thought of a presentation or speaking up in a seminar fill you with dread? Are you avoiding social situations out of fear of embarrassment or criticism? Social anxiety can interfere with relationships, academic life, and your personal growth.

This is more than just a presentation; it’s an evidence-based workshop led by an expert, giving you the practical skills needed to move from surviving to thriving.

In this 90-minute session, you will learn to:

  • The root of your anxiety: We’ll explore the source of anxious feelings, from negative past experiences to ingrained thinking patterns.
  • Mind-over-matter techniques: Learn breathing exercises, mindfulness, and grounding methods to manage physical symptoms like a racing heart or sweating when they arise.
  • Reframe your thoughts: Challenge unhelpful thinking styles like “mind reading” or “catastrophising” that fuel your fears.
  • Build your confidence gradually: Discover how to use “behavioural experiments” to gently push your boundaries and take back control.
  • Create a path forward: Develop a structured action plan to build self-esteem and positively engage with social situations.

Interactions are encouraged, but how much you engage is entirely up to you.
